As a senior leader in the editorial world, Erika was in need of a personal brand and website design that would house her work spanning many years of industry experience. I designed a full brand identity suite including logo and color palette as well as a portfolio website design.

Due to Erika’s positioning as a trusted editor & writer in the realm of women’s lifestyle and parenting, it was important for her brand to feel nurturing, knowledgeable, and warm. Erika was particularly drawn to minimalism, so we decided to bring a touch of playful energy through the brand color palette, keeping design elements simple and elevated.

To achieve a look of elevated simplicity, the completed logo utilizes sans serif typography and an icon seamlessly combining her initials into a stamp-style visual.
