YEAR
Every year, StyleCaster creates a specialized digital issue celebrating LGBTQIA+ pride in the month of June. This year, the focus of their annual pride issue was visibility- emphasizing the right to take up space and be unapologetically oneself. The design of this issue exudes joy and seeks to stand as a resource for people of any sexuality to further explore and celebrate their identity, whatever it may be. The resulting design utilizes joyful hues and playful illustrations to bring about a feeling of positivity and hope, because every person deserves to be celebrated for who they are.

Behind the Scenes of Becca Tilley's Pride Party
For The Visibility Issue cover shoot, former reality television star and public figure Becca Tilley joined StyleCaster in one of New York's most iconic lesbian bars- CubbyHole. Becca is best known for her appearance in season 19 & 20 of The Bachelor, sharing her journey to find love with viewers around the world. Since her reality television debut, Becca has announced her current relationship with singer-songwriter Haley Kiyoko and has positioned herself as an advocate for the LGBTQIA+ community. In the spirit of celebrating self-expression and visibility of queer joy, Becca's cover shoot utilizes movement, vibrant colors, and glitzy wardrobe pieces to bring to life StyleCaster's very own Pride party.
I created visual/fashion/beauty mood boards, directed the shoot on set with the photographer, retouched all finalized photos, and created the microsite design for this digital issue.
